Educational Philosophy

Shri Dronacharya Rameshchand Vidyawati Convent School (Dronacharya School) is a co–educational Senior Secondary School affiliated to CBSE located in Dankaur. This is the only affiliated school in this area. Our multidimensional academic programs free students from conventional boundaries, allowing them to learn deeply from many perspectives. JUNIOR WING

In the Junior Wing we offer children a natural environment to learn and progress at their own pace. Dronacharya School believes that the youngest minds have a unique set of needs and our program addresses the holistic approach that develops a child’s natural desire to learn and discover an innate joy for learning. Our approach enhances children’s independence, self-confidence and prepares them for life. a home to kids of all level. MIDDLE WING

We believe that the middle school years are critical in the development of academic, creative, and interpersonal skills, and our teachers are specialists in adolescence. The Dronacharya School educational experience is specifically created to serve the unique needs of this age group: academically, socially, physically, and emotionally. We believe that targeted attention during these years of greatest growth and transition best serves the child, and ultimately translates into stronger adults.

SENIOR WING

Students of classes IX – XII are in the crucial years where their dreams need to be turned into reality. Students prepare themselves to expand their horizon to learn more & apply the learning in everyday life. Students are provided with ample opportunities to learn & play. For XI – XII, the curriculum prescribed by CBSE is followed. The students are offered 3 streams – Science (PCM & PCB) and Commerce and Humanities. Students appear for a round of Unit Tests and Terminal Examination in addition to Pre-Board Examination conducted by school during the academic session. Students of class X and XII appear for Board Examinations conducted by CBSE in the month of March.

Based on our pedagogy of learning by doing, classroom teaching is complemented with laboratory experiments to ensure that students grasp concepts thoroughly. We have computer lab, labs for Physics, Chemistry and Biology, Composite lab, Maths lab, S.St. lab. We also have separate rooms for Art, Indoor games and Music Room.

Library

The library provides students and teachers with a range of reference books, journals and newspapers to enrich their classroom activities and knowledge.

Surveillance System

Surveillance cameras are installed all through the school towards school safety and security

CULTURAL PROGRAMS

Students take active part in regular cultural programs. It gives them a platform to showcase their talent.

CareerCounselling session

To give an opportunity and to explore the available career options, Career Counselling Sessions have been organised for the Students of class XI & XII.

PTM

Regular PTMs are conducted to communicate the progress of the students. PTMs play an important role in keeping the parents updated and it gives an opportunity to the Parents to support and help their child to grow in a better way with this interactive sessions.
